In 2015, Joe began serving as the Superintendent of the SCESC. He leads a staff of over 700 in support of 22 local school districts serving approximately 65,000 kids. Joe started his career as a science teacher, held just about every administrative position in the schools, including Superintendent of Minerva Local prior to joining the ESC.
