Chris joined the organization in 2023 and serves as the Director of Data and Research. He is responsible for data collection, data analysis, and data synthesis – including working directly with the YouScience database and partner schools. His responsibilities also include making data accessible and actionable for community partners, identifying and researching strategies to support educators, and developing program evaluation protocols.

Previously, Chris served as an Admission Counselor at the University of Mount Union and as an Ohio College Guide through SEP and AmeriCorps State and National. He earned his B.A. in International Relations & Diplomacy and German from the University of Mount Union, and completed the Washington Center Internships and Seminars program in Washington, D.C. His professional experience in education has included qualitative and quantitative analysis, and has centered around supporting students in Stark County.
